Job Description
Having overall responsibility for the export compliance of approximately $300 million annual transactions.
Designing, implementing, and managing the companys export compliance program.
Developing and delivering an ongoing, tailored training program around compliance.
Developing and managing a compliant export licensing program.
Conducting periodic internal and external compliance assessments of facilities to ensure adherence to policies, procedures and compliance.
Reviewing and processing picking tickets when returned from the warehouse, ensuring packing details are correct.
Preparing all shipping documentation, including commercial invoices.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Prior experience in an export compliance or similar government role is essential.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge and working understanding of international trade rules and regulations.
