Job summary
We are increasing our team size in response to a growing number of enrolled children starting in January 2024. We are currently seeking a committed, confident, and enthusiastic Team Leader for our Nursery School, which has received an 'Outstanding' rating from Ofsted.Permanent - 36 Hours per week - Term-time with 5 staff training days.
Monday 8.00am to 5.00pm (to include Continuous Professional Development 4.00pm 5.00pm) and Tuesday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm.
As the Team Leader should possess a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare and Education, along with demonstrated expertise in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and a track record of working with children aged 3 to 5 years old.
The chosen candidate will:
* Excel as a practitioner, possessing a strong understanding of the EYFS and SEND, and be committed to inspiring children to achieve their maximum potential.
* Demonstrate the ability to cater to the varied needs of our children and uphold inclusive practices.
* Bring supervisory experience from within an Early Years environment.
* Showcase proficiency in working with children with SEND needs, backed by practical experience and knowledge.
* Exhibit familiarity with collaborating with external agencies, including the completion of pertinent paperwork.
