Job Title: Nursery Practitioner

Location: Bedford

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Term Time Only)

Position Overview: As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care and education to children during term time. You will be part of a nurturing and dynamic team that creates a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn, grow, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Childcare: Provide attentive and caring support to children, ensuring their well-being and safety at all times.
Education: Implement age-appropriate activities and experiences that support children's development and learning.
Communication: Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering open and effective communication.
Observation: Monitor and record children's progress and behaviour, adapting care and activities accordingly.
Health and Safety: Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment, following all health and safety guidelines.
Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive team atmosphere.Qualifications:

Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A warm and nurturing approach to childcare.
