About the company:
My client is a growing manufacturer and supplier of bespoke joinery and interior fit outs. They are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to proactively coordinate and manage multiple interiors fit out/refurbishment projects with the support of our experienced team. As a Projects Manager you will be responsible for the successful planning and execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to budget without compromising on quality. From the initial planning stages through to successful completion on site you will collaborate with our design, production and site teams and lead the project delivery.
About the role:
In this role, you meticulously plan, coordinate, and execute projects, managing every detail from logistics to delivery. You conduct thorough site surveys and engage with client teams, ensuring clear communication. Your responsibilities include compiling comprehensive site files with a focus on Health & Safety, while also collaborating closely with Design and Production to ensure custom joinery aligns with schedules. If changes arise, you promptly inform the team and monitor progress through regular site visits. You adeptly document variations and promptly inform the Commercial department. Your proactive approach to issue resolution and your role in training and supervising new team members are invaluable. Attending both internal and external meetings, you contribute valuable insights for process improvement across departments.
Rewards & Benefits:

Requirements:
Seeking a candidate with a proven track record, qualifications, and extensive knowledge in Shopfitting industry joinery. With 5+ years of joinery experience and a City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent qualification, the candidate demonstrates successful project deliveries. Proficient in purpose-made joinery CAD drawings, they ensure meticulous attention to detail. Effective team oversight, both employed and subcontracted, highlights strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication and leadership, coupled with H&S and CDM expertise, drive successful outcomes. Their flexibility, software proficiency, and familiarity with diverse sectors underscore their qualifications. SMSTS certification, project management experience, First Aid knowledge, and valid CSCS card enhance their suitability
