Client Relationship Support - Dental Software (Full or Part-time)
Are you an experienced and tech savvy DSA/Dental Nurse/Dental Receptionist or similar looking for full or part-time work in the Milton Keynes area?
Do you enjoy helping people, building relationships with clients and dealing with queries?
Are you a positive and upbeat individual looking for a new way to use your skills and dental knowledge?
Do you fancy a new challenge which moves you away from the dentists chair and into a client-orientated support role?
Wysdom Dental Technologies is one of the UKs longest established dental software suppliers, providing practice management software and a variety of other products and services to dental practices.
A rare opportunity to join our client relationship support/customer services team has arisen at our office in Milton Keynes.
Youll primarily be helping with client queries over the phone and by email, resolving NHS claims, charting and other system queries and technical issues in a timely and personable manner. Supporting the sales team in doing demos of our products and occasionally travelling to dental practices across the country to assist on training days, youll also support your colleagues at trade shows as well as helping out with marketing and other duties as required.
Well give you full training on our all-new Wysdom CloudPlus practice management system as well as our Iconic legacy system but you will need to already be a confident IT user, familiar with using dental practice software packages and be quick to learn new systems. Also important is a good understanding of NHS structures and current dental regulations as well as an eye for detail and faultless documentation skills.
As a first line contact, your ability to build strong, effective and friendly relationships with clients and others will be paramount.
Responsibilities include:
* Responding to calls and emails in a prompt, positive and friendly manner
* Taking ownership of queries, ensuring that clients are kept informed of progress and that any issues are resolved to the clients satisfaction
* Identifying opportunities for new business and informing colleagues accordingly.
* Maintaining and updating client CRM records and accounts with accurate data.
Essential requirements include:
* Ability to engage with clients and build relationships at a business-to-business level.
* A team player with a confident, friendly and personable manner.
* Good organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Self-motivated and client orientated with a strong commitment to delivering an excellent service.
* Confident IT user familiar with dental practice software systems.
* Fluent in English with a clear speaking voice, strong literacy skills and a disciplined and accurate approach to record keeping.
* A team-orientated fast learner who is good at multi-tasking, able to manage and take responsibility for your own workload, remain calm under pressure and be good at taking and giving instruction.
