BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE30K 40K BASIC, OTE 50K PLUS
FULLY REMOTE ROLE OFFICES IN MANCHESTER SO HYBRID AN OPTION. CANDIDATES IDEALLY BASED WITHIN 1.5 HOURS OF MANCHESTER OR LONDON.

Main Duties
* Be responsible for educating and developing prospects leading to hand-off to consultants and business development managers
* Create target prospects lists and penetrate key logos and account opportunities
* Identify and log cross sell opportunities for other parts of the Group
* Outreach activity via phone, LinkedIn and networking into prospects generated by variety of outside sources
* Identify key contacts/decision makers, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin sales cycle
* Set appointments for the sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage
* Nurture new inbound marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with a sales consultant
* Drive attendance for webinars and live seminars and set meetings for conferences
* Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach
* ensure the successful follow through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM
Knowledge and Experience
* 1+ year of successful experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital agencies but not essential
* Demonstrated success in prospecting key decision makers within various industry sectors leading to account wins
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive, energetic phone presence
* Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic to meeting and exceeding targets
* High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful sales pipeline
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Adept computer skills
