Job summary
Calibre Search have recently been given a brand-new intermediate level project Manager role with a thriving and highly ambitious property developer based out in Manchester.If you like the idea of working client side and play a key role in this relatively new in-house projects team, this position could very well be for you.
The Developer themselves have took the market by storm and have numerous BTR Development Residential projects happening all over the North of England which you will play a big part in assisting the Projects Director deliver these schemes as you progress within the company.
The team is 80 strong for all their departments & services however their Projects teams is still in the preliminary stages and you would be their first more intermediate hire within this new projects team making this quite an integral role and brings plenty of potential for you to grow with this new team.
Ideally they are looking to speak with Degree qualified individuals (construction related or RICS accredited) with experience at Assistant Project Manager level having already gained exposure assisting and delivering various property new build/refurb projects looking for that next step up.
In return, you will be working closely with this small but growing in house projects team where you will gain a lot of exposure and knowledge in pre construction work taking a project from detailed design to handover/completion. Not only this but the Developer have given me assurance whoever joins, will have support to gain and aim towards forward qualifications in the future (chartership in RICS/CIOB/APM etc).
