We are recruiting for a Care Coordinator to join our friendly team in Norwich.
Sector experience iin Domicillary care s essential - Previous experience in role would be useful- full training and support will be provided.
Must hold a minimum of L2/3 or working towards L3 in Health & Social Care
This is a full time post Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
The role would be ideal for someone who:

The role will include:
* Prepare effective and efficient schedules for our clients and staff Ensure schedules are prepared, considering travel time, holidays, training.
* Be responsive to changes in the schedule and liaise with relevant team members.
* Develop excellent relationships with both clients and colleagues to deliver an excellent customer service
* Add and maintain all client and staff information onto the electronic scheduling system. Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business, including undertaking personal care visits when required.
* Participate in on-call duties on a rota basis
* Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business
* Covering shifts at short notice if required
Qualities
* Excellent communication skills
* Motivated by helping others
* Experience of working in a scheduling role within home care, Residnetial or other health environment essential
* Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to work calmly and accurately under pressure
* Good working knowledge of IT Systems with the ability to learn and adopt new technologies where appropriate
* Ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines
* L2/3 Qualification in Health and Social Care. minimum or working towards L3
* Full driving license and reliable means of transport
