Hays Education are looking for recent university graduates to join our team of cover supervisors working in schools throughout South Yorkshire. Flexible, enthusiastic and motivated, you will be guiding groups of up to 30 students in completing pre-planned work.
No two days as a cover supervisor are the same; you will experience all aspects of the classroom environment, working alongside seasoned professionals who will guide you in your practice. You will have access to free CPD through our training app, and develop the skills to progress into teaching.
We are looking for;
Recent graduates - any subject considered
Excellent communication skills
Enthusiasm and drive to succeed
Passion for education and motivation to make a difference
