Are you a Facilities or Procurement Manager with Security Clearance? Do you want to work on some of the world's most TOP SECRET projects and play your part in the current global crisis?

On offer is the "once in a lifetime" opportunity for a Procurement Manager/Buyer to join one of the world's largest defence contractors on some of the world's most top secret defence contracts playing your part and making a difference to the future of the world as we know it. Obtaining eDV, you will be playing a key role in the delivery of a range of mission critical projects across the various business sectors, supporting key customers, stake holder and government bodies, with plenty of on the job training and development opportunities and clear progression opportunities into Contracts and Commercial Management roles.

In this role, the successful Procurement Manager/Buyer to will be responsible for the day to day commercial management of infrastructure delivery, programmes and works under various contracts with the MoD such as QDC: you will also be part of the wider commercial team with huge opportunities for development, learning and training, as well as continuing to grow your own professional network.

The ideal Procurement Manager/Buyer will already have security clearance/DV or eDV, ideally from a defence or military background and a proven track record in a similar role.

The Role:

Developing effective customer relationships and negotiating independently.
Managing and understanding contracts in matrix organisations.
Management of large and complex contracts.
Knowledge of defence of MoD contracts.
Training, development and progression.The Person:

Holds SC Clearance prior to application.
British Citizen.
Defence, Military or similar background.
