Accounts Payable Administrator Refresco, Kegworth Head office
Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 5pm and Friday 8:30 - 4pm (hydrid working - 2 days WFH, 3 days in office)
10 month Maternity Cover Fixed Term Contract
What are your daily tasks as an Accounts Payable Administrator at Refresco?
Work with the AP Manager, in ensuring all your work required is completed on time accurately.
Assist in entering appropriate Nominal Ledger codes on Invoices on receipt.
Register all invoices on receipt to ensure the appropriate period is charged with the relevant expense.
Gain appropriate authorisation in line with the amount and type of expense, for arranging payment of each invoice.
Assist in the Reconciliation of supplier statements.
Assist in accurately making payment to suppliers of goods and services, in line with the agreed terms.
Ensuring that new and authorised supplier accounts are opened within the accounts payable ledger and that credit & payment terms therein reflect those agreed with the supplier.
Archive records in accordance with legislation.
Preparation of accounts payable metrics to assist the Accounts Payable Manager in monitoring performance.
During period of colleague absence assist in the covering of relevant duties for which you have been trained.
Any other task as may be deemed necessary from time to time by management.
This position has direct accountability in ensuring that authorised expenditure is processed and paid in accordance with agreements and/or Company policy.
Key skills:
You will have 12+ months of experience in an administration role or have demonstrated a strong ability to perform administrative task throughout the last 12+ months.
Must be computer literate
Microsoft packages Excel, Word, Outlook.
