Building & Facilities Manager / Front of House ManagerSalary in region of £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
Core working hours: 8am - 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)
**Must have a Driving License and own transport due to requirement to travel to multiple sites
My client are a successful and well-established property and facilities management company with a portfolio of commercial properties across London and the Southeast. They are currently looking for a customer focused Property Manager to join their close-knit team. This is an exciting and varied position in which you will be responsible for managing their prominent commercial properties in Egham and Ascot.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Prior experience gained ideally in the commercial property or facilities management sector. Experience within a Customer Services Management role would also be considered.
* The ability to work without supervision and remain motivated.
* Scheduling experience & knowledge of Health & Safety processes/procedures.
* Able to demonstrate a proven track record of building successful client relationships and providing first rate customer services.
* Excellent organisational & communication skills.
* IT proficiency - Outlook, Excel and MS Office packages
The role:
* Managing key sites in Egham and Ascot - predominantly to be based in Egham.
* To act as first point of contact and welcome staff and visitors to the building, ensuring high levels of customer service are adhered to.
* Maintain annual schedule for regulatory testing and preventative maintenance.
* Ensure up-to-date filing of regulatory documentation.
* Enforce H&S procedures and conduct site inspections.
* Maintaining records for building compliance.
* Monitor compliance with fire safety regulations, including keeping corridors and fire exits clear.
* Ensuring cleaning standards are being adhered to. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of common areas and the front of the building/s.
* Act as point of contact for out of hours emergencies as required.
* Coordinate with preferred contractors for emergency situations
* The operation and upkeep of the vending machine, and to ensure that it is operational throughout the day.
* Manage visitor registration and parking compliance.
