Education Sales ExecutiveThe role:
EDClass is currently seeking talented and energetic Sales Advisors to join our vibrant team based in Dinnington, Sheffield. This is a full-time, permanent position and a brand-new role to sell a vast range of educational, teaching and learning software, e-portfolios, management and Information products. We need a sales executive who is responsive and keen to sell our products that sits uniquely within the education markets and other emerging markets.
We are aiming to recruit a sales executive to hit the ground running FOR THREE OF OUR EDUCATIONAL PRODUCTS that are already established and we want you to grow them into educational organisations such as targeted school, academies, training providers, Further Education colleges, universities, awarding bodies, end point assessment organisations and professional bodies.
* EDExams A secure and locked down Exam application with invigilation and proctoring. This is for a range of awarding bodies and assessment organisations where we provide their exams all over the world.
* Keys to Safeguarding Safeguarding elearning courses and services for all educational organisations, councils, childs services, care services, social services, housing associations, sporting clubs and bodies, and any business associated with safeguarding.
* PE Office A virtual learning environment for everything for PE teachers for teaching, planning and assessment
Every product is similar in approach but has a totally different target market for you to sell into. Our products covers a wide spectrum of educational and business training, development and delivery resources.
Your roles and responsibilities will include:
Demonstrating platform, resources and products.
Liaising with our marketing and social media team to create interest and leads in the products that we have available.
Generating own leads and sales to grow existing accounts.
Qualify, organise, and attend meetings with potential clients
Develop a pipeline of new accounts from warm leads.
Meet and Exceed KPIs.
Following up and generating new leads through proactive calling.
Consultative conversations to determine clients training requirements / product need.
Generating quotes and providing information.
Calling from internal & external sales campaigns.
Closing sales.
Requirements are:
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
* Proven track record of developing exceptional client relationships
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to work consistently to high standards
* Result focused
* Ability to work in a self-directed way
* Qualify, organise, and attend meetings with potential clients
* Excellent time management skills
* Full driving license
* Due to the nature of the role and data you will have access to, you must be eligible to gain a FULL and ENHANCED DBS check
* Approaching each sale with an open mind to cross sell and upsell products due to the uniqueness of this job
* Previous experience in a competitive sales position
* Capability of closing a sale
* Maths and English GCSE Level C or above Or equivalent
* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Desirable requirements are:
* Experience in selling to educational facilities
* The ability to think on their feet
* Knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum
* Knowledge of child protection
Working hours: 8.30am 5pm, Monday Friday with 30 minute lunch break.

Starting salary £26k basic and monthly sales bonus on achieving KPI.
Holidays 28 days (including bank holidays and Christmas shutdown)
