Vacancy - Workshop Controller/ Service Advisor - Reading

Out client, an exceptional motor trade employer with a great reputation, is looking to recruit an experienced person to head up the Front of House and Workshop Control combined.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for and experienced Workshop Controller/ Service Advisor.

The Role:

To supervise the flow of work for the team and allocating work as required
To ensure that work is issued and completed to the agreed deadlines
Ensure that all customer complaints are dealt with both speedily and effectively
Responsible for providing technical support to team members as and when required
Evaluate customer needs on servicing or repair requirements, in line with Vehicle Health Checks
Support Service Reception when required in an Advisor role
Deliver exceptional customer service in order to achieve the customer satisfaction set objectives whilst adhering to standards and dealership procedures
Maintain accurate customer details to ensure customer database is up to date
Up to date knowledge on additional products and services is essential
Work in line with all service and warranty policies

Skills & experience we know will help the successful applicant to succeed in this role.

Previous Workshop/Technical experience is preferable
Deliver first class service to achieve company objectives
Self-motivated with experience of achieving targets
Confident and professional communication skills

Monday to Friday 8am - 5:30pm

Saturday morning on rota

Salary: Depending on experience
