We have a great opportunity for a Senior Commercial Manager to work on a portfolio of Rail projects, across London, Midlands and the South West. Working alongside the Rail Division Strategy & Development Director, the successful candidate will be accountable for the development and performance of the pre-contract function.

About you

Development of the Pre-Contract function including procedures and staff development
Management of the Pre-Contract overhead
Drafting of key supply chain contracts where required
Negotiation of pre-bid agreements
Support and direct the Bid team as required including being accountable for the commercial and contractual aspects of the tenders.
Contribute to business strategy and planning
