Working hours - Client is flexible but looking for someone to work 20-22 hours per week
Working days - Flexible but Friday is mandatory and (office based)
Our client based near Possil Park, G22 is looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to join their busy office. They are a charity and looking for someone who is looking to work part time hours 20-22 hours per week, but they are flexible with the hours worked but Friday is a mandatory day to work.
It is important to note that this company offer 33 days annual leave plus bank holidays. They close for the full month of July each year so 4 weeks of your 6 weeks annual leave will have to be used in July and they also have a full shut down over Christmas too.

Key Responsibilities
To support the Chief Executive Officer with administrative/finance/HR duties
Input financial data using SAGE accounting software
Create customer invoices on a weekly basis and control aged debtors
Ensure accounts payable invoices and payments are processed
Ensure accurate transaction records are maintained
Ensure cash and banking transactions are processed and reconciled
Ensure staff salaries are processed and third-party payments are made in a timely manner
Maintain petty cash float and disburse monies as required
Manage referrals and waiting lists, produce statistical information to funders and attend funding/monitoring meetings alongside CEO
Update and maintain the client database system
Responsible for all supplier service contracts and ordering of stationery & supplies
Responsible for maintaining accurate personnel files for staff including monitoring and collation of sickness absence and annual leave
Responsible for recruitment processes in conjunction with CEO
To work with CEO and Board of Trustees to ensure the Charity's policies and procedures are maintained and kept up to date
To provide a safe environment for all staff and service users ensuring the organisation is compliant with all necessary Fire and Health & Safety policies and legislation
Depute Nominated Fire Officer responsible for weekly system check and delivery of annual fire safety training video
Nominated key holder for premises
