Teaching Personnel is actively seeking to enhance our pool of high-quality supply staff to meet the growing demand from our partnered schools.
As a supply teacher with Teaching Personnel, you'll have the autonomy to declare your work preferences and manage your availability through a personalized online diary. Once you've set your preferences, we take the reins by advocating on your behalf to secure consistent supply work from our primary school partners.
Requirements:
Ideally available for a minimum of 2 days per week, with access to your own transport being advantageous, and a willingness to travel up to 20 miles.
Possession of QTS, along with experience across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and 2, coupled with strong behavior management skills.
Role:
While the majority of work is prebooked, there may be occasions where you are on standby for morning bookings between 7 and 9 am. Although work is typically planned, it is advisable to have pre-planned materials ready for all year groups just in case.
As you work across our partnered schools, adherence to each schools policies and procedures is paramount. Your responsibilities will include marking pupils' work and providing comprehensive handover information.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
