Account Manager - West Yorkshire - 12 Month Maternity CoverSRG are delighted to be partnering with a Global Medical Technology company, focusing on solutions for the management of chronic conditions. They are looking for motivated individuals to add to the success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive overachievement of sales targets across territory.
Demonstrates in-depth clinical and product knowledge within key indication areas.
Produce specific account growth plans detailing actions and resources.
Build comprehensive customer account plans.
Maximise the clinical access to key brands through formulary inclusions or clinical guidelines.
Ensure correct and competent use of company brands through regular training.
Initiate and drive (hospital/community) product evaluations through liaisons with key clinical decision makers.
Meet agreed Metrics & SFE Standards working within and adhering to Company's compliance policy & Standards of Business Conduct & Ethics.
A strong understanding of the company CRM system and record calls daily.
Skills and Requirements:
Selling experience within medical/pharma industry, selling to primary and/or secondary care.
Educated to degree level, with ideally a bio-medical sciences background or nursing experience preferred - recent grads with a Bio-medical sciences degree will be considered.
Highly motivated and goal orientated.
Strong and impactful communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships and influence key decision makers.
The ability to demonstrate a good understanding of NHS structure.
