Site Manager (Building Services)M4 Corridor - South East (Field Based)
£30,000-£50,000 + Training + Progression + Holidays + Pension + Package
Are you an experienced site manager who has worked with fit outs for commercial properties?

This company is currently one of the largest energy management providers within the UK and is part of a large conglomerate of businesses that specialise within different areas of the Energy industry. Their collective goal as a group is to support businesses to reach their NetZero targets while also becoming the best in the industry.
In this role you will travel to sites across the M4 Corridor and oversee in the installation of energy efficient improvements to commercial buildings. You will take responsibility to on site health and safety, liaise with sub-contractors and clients to ensure all projects are running to a high standard and in line with customer and company expectations.
The ideal candidate will have several years' experience as a site manager within the building services industry. Ideally you will have an electrical background with construction and health & safety qualifications.
The Role:
*Site Manager
*Commercial Fit Outs
*Building services/Energy management industry
*Covering M4 Corridor
*Irregular Shift patterns, 40 hour weeks
The Person:
*Previous experience in building services or energy management industry
*Site management experience
*Electrical background preferred
*SMSTS, CSCS, Driving license
*Engineering qualification is preferred
