Job summary
Would you like to launch a new project that supports people with mental health support needs get back into work?You will mobilise the contract and a brand new team delivering a service which is so important in the current climate. This project starts in Jan 2021, and is a pilot being run across Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset. It will run for 15 months and will potentially extend beyond this.
You will be responsible for setting up and running the service leading a team of 5- 8 specialist employment advisors. As an IPS employment programme, referrals will come from clinical teams and participants will be supported by secondary mental health services.
You and your team will be focussing on career support and coaching. Ultimately helping people to find work and gaining all the benefits that come with it (confidence, self-esteem, increase wellbeing, and money!).
This is a community based service, so the team will work in community locations and hot deking at NHS trusts. As the manager for the project, you will be responsible for: Managing day to day issues, reviewing team calendars and overseeing referrals onto contract Coordinate your own client meetings (you will have a small caseload) Supervise the team out in the field Manage the reporting process for job starts, referrals, expenses Delivery monthly audit to check a quality service is being delivered.
