Client Leadership: Take a lead role in managing and building strong relationships with key clients, understanding their objectives and delivering exceptional property management services.
Portfolio Oversight: Directly oversee the operational management of a diverse property portfolio, ensuring properties are managed efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with all statutory requirements.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the overall property management strategy, aligning it with the company's growth objectives.
Financial Management: Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control for the property management division, ensuring optimal financial performance.
Client Expansion: Identify opportunities for business development and expansion within existing client portfolios, driving revenue growth.
Risk Management: Implement effective risk management strategies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and mitigating potential challenges.
L&TQualifications and Skills:
MRICS or equivalent professional qualification.
Proven experience in property management at a senior level, with a focus on commercial properties.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
