Simply Education are currently seeking Teaching Assistants to work In a school in Reading with Children with Special Educational Need and Disabilities (SEND).
We are urgently seeking passionate and empathetic Teaching Assistants to start immediately on a temp to perm basis. This school has a lovely family atmosphere and would be an amazing place to work.
The ideal teaching assistant will have the following attributes:
Ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with young people
Can communicate effectively with young people
Change activities to meet the needs of the students you are working with
Able to read body language and moods
Think on your feet
Contribute to child development plans
Take part in extracurricular activities
Have a positive approach to learning
