Job Description:
They are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Building Surveyor to join the team in Manchester. As a Building Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and surveying services to clients across a diverse portfolio of properties. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property inspections, surveys, and assessments.
Prepare detailed reports on property conditions, defects, and recommendations for repairs and maintenance.
Provide expert advice on building regulations, planning permissions, and construction methodologies.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed to high standards.
Assist in project management, budgeting, and cost estimation.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) accreditation preferred orAPC candidate.
Proven experience as a Building Surveyor in the property consultancy or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction methods.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
