The Account Manager is pivotal to the success of harmonising customer support, client onboarding and resolving technical issues.
Our client is now in its fourth year of providing clients with an innovative, white-labelled platform that supports positive, productive and compliant payroll processes in the temporary recruitment space. We are proud to have received HMRC recognition in 2019 and look forward to continuing to support our growing client base as they respond to new demands of the sector. The Account Manager role is key to the continued growth of the organisation and the maintenance of our existing clients.
The successful applicant will support our growing Account Management team dealing with customer queries as they arise, solving problems and escalating queries if required. The role also offers candidates the opportunity to expand their technical knowledge of cloud-based payroll systems and grow their IT skills.
Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager
* Providing an excellent level of customer support and account management skills
* Interacting with clients either on the phone or via portal/email/instant messaging
* Multi-tasking: prioritise and manage a number of clients
* Organise and help manage the onboarding of new clients with the sales team
* Have the flexibility to help the sales, customer service and tech support teams as and when required
* We are a team that help each other, support each other and we take a turn at switching the kettle on
Required Skills
A successful Account Manager will have a proven track record of:
* Dealing with customers either consumers or businesses
* Great communication skills and the ability to understand the requirements of the customer.
* Act confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
* Working in a team environment
* Problem solving skills, Strong and proven customer focus
* Ability to prioritise your workload and have a great attention to detail
