Internal Sales Permanent - Telford

L & C Consulting are now recruiting for a new Sales Administrator / Internal Sales Assistant to join a successful business in Central Telford. This post will suit a tenacious, professional person who will be offered ample rewards and promotion prospects within a supportive, modern thinking business.

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

* Support customers with general queries, returns, transport / deliveries

* Handle and qualify incoming leads

* Promote products and services

* Maintain CRM to a high standard

* Deliver a small amount of outbound calls to potential customers (c 10 calls a day)

* Support the sales team by preparing quotes & processing orders etc

To be considered for this excellent opportunity you will ideally have successful internal sales or customer service background; have excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate at all levels. You will be highly motivated with an enthusiastic & outgoing personality and above all a professional approach & ethos. You will also have a stable work history.

You must have the ability to liaise professionally with a variety of customers and colleagues and possess a desire to develop in a target driven, but customer focused environment.

The company is commutable from Telford, Wolverhampton, Shrewsbury, Perton, Shifnal and Stafford, Market Drayton.
