We are currently working with a dedicated Secondary School in Lichfield, and they are seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to join their team and work with students in Upper KS3.

The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a dedicated, passionate individual who is:

Possesses an outgoing and supportive mentoring style.
Has knowledge or experience in addressing additional or complex behavioural needs
Enthusiastic about helping children achieve their full potential
Quick to think on their feet and use their initiative.
Familiar with the National Curriculum
Capable of forming strong, professional relationships with colleagues and children
As a Behavior Support Assistant, your role will include:
Providing one-on-one support or working with small groups of students
Collaborating with other staff to engage students and minimise disruptions
Assisting students with various behavioural needs, including Autism, ADHD, and Learning Difficulties
