Job summary
Customer Service AdvisorGroomfield Recruitment are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to work for our established and highly successful client based in Tamworth.
As a Customer Service Advisor, your duties will include:
* Taking calls and dealing with all enquiries from our customers/ the external sales team and the general public.
* Providing information on part numbers etc. and some basic technical details.
* Processing internet, manual orders and quotations using Sage and in-house systems.
* Monitoring customers orders, deliveries, overseeing service levels, building rapport, making courtesy calls and resolving any issues for key accounts.
* Dealing with all email enquiries.
* Booking in deliveries for customers when required.
* Setting up customers for online ordering and maintain customer details on database.
* Monitoring Returns email inbox and ensuring all queries are dealt with promptly.
* Entry of all debit notes, both emailed and posted, on to our in-house system.
* Produce and monitor reports, regularly update log histories on outstanding debits and meet targets and deadlines to resolve.
The successful candidate will be personable, professional and approachable, you will be able to deal with difficult customers and remain calm and professional. You will be a team player and looking for a long-term career within the friendly and successful business.
Working Hours 09:00 17:00 OR 09:30 17:30 Monday Friday.
Salary £23,000 (+)
