The Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting secondary pupils in their academic and personal development. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting the class teacher will full classrooms
1-1 and small group support to students with SEN
Providing tailored support to meet the individual needs of the pupil.
Assisting with academic activities and promoting a positive learning environment.
Collaborating with teachers and other staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to student development.
Qualifications and Skills:
Relevant experience in education or childcare.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.
Previous SEN experience would be desirable.
