French/English & Polish speaking Customer Service Representative Central Milton Keynes Salary £22,500 plus benefitsMonday to Friday 09:00-17:30 37.5 hours per week no shift work
My client is a privately-held American multi-level marketing company headquartered in Florida, which sells haircare, skincare and wellness products.
They urgently need a Polish/French/English speaking Customer Service Representative who is committed to providing exceptional service to customers.
Based in Central MK your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for every customer interaction. You will play a crucial role in representing the brand and maintaining strong customer relationships.
You will respond to inbound phone calls, make outbound calls, handle e-mails, and manage chat sessions according to established service level objectives.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a high level of expertise in handling a wide range of inquiries, including clarifying root causes of issues, conducting research, providing solutions, and exploring alternatives.
Provide comprehensive information about our products, programs, compensation plans, and business processes as needed.
Assist with order processing, customer enrolments, and setting up new customers, including issuing Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) if required.
Offer basic technical support for back-office systems and escalate complex issues to the IT Support team.
Identify and report website issues, ensuring timely follow-up and corrective action.
Foster connections among Market Partners to encourage productive collaboration outside the organization.
Provide regular updates to department management regarding inbound calls, e-mails, trends, and concerns observed.
Alert the Compliance Coordinator to potential issues discovered during routine customer interactions.
Escalate unresolved problems to appropriate channels to ensure prompt resolution.
Document all relevant contact information according to Standard Operating Procedures.
Represent our brand with professionalism, competence, and a positive attitude in every customer interaction.

Qualifications
GCSE or equivalent educational background (preferred)
Experience
1 year of prior Customer Service experience (Preferred)
