Do you want to join a technical team that responds to incoming queries, using your industry experience in solid fuel or plumbing and heating to assist where needed and clearly explain information and solutions over the phone?
On offer is an exciting opening for a Technical Helpline Advisor to join a UK wide specialist business in a modern working office local to Tewkesbury in a role where you will valued, working in a team to solve problems across the UK.
In this role each day will be different and you will be well looked after with a comprehensive company benefit package.
This role would suit someone local to Tewkesbury with experience in the solid fuel or plumbing and heating industry.
The Role:
Supporting a growing company on their technical helpline.
Advising installers or products.
