Junior IT Support TechnicianFull-time (Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30)
Location: Dartford (Don't worry about the commute! There's free parking, great bus links, and it's just a 10-minute walk from Stone Crossing Train Station.)
Salary: £20k - £23k DOE
My client is looking for a Junior IT Support Technician to join this dedicated Helpdesk team. In this role, you'd be offering outstanding 1st line support to around 800 colleagues and their B2B website clientele.
Experience:
While they're certainly keen on candidates with previous helpdesk or customer care experience, they're equally open to individuals displaying pure passion for technology. They value genuine enthusiasm for IT and are committed to helping budding tech talents blossom.

Key Duties:
· Handle support calls via telephone and email.
· Document incidents in the helpdesk ticketing system.
· Escalate cases to more specialised support tiers as required.
· Configure PCs & Laptops in line with company guidelines.
· Prioritise timely incident resolution.
· Participate in the out-of-hours support rotation, supplemented with the necessary tools. Occasional overtime may also be expected.

· Precise recording of spoken information
