Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 DOE

Hours: Three weeks turn around hours:

Monday to Thursday 08:30 17.30

Friday 08:30 13:30

Week Four

Monday 11:45 17:30

Tuesday to Thursday 08:30 17:30

Friday 08:30 16:45

Type of Role: Full time, permanent

Location: Pontefract

Venatu has the pleasure of recruiting for Sales Administrator role for our well-established clients in Pontefract. We are looking for someone to provide high-quality support to their great team.

Working as a part of their support team youll undertake the daily activities within the department making sure all order processing involved teams are correctly informed at all times.

Role specification:

Help the Sales and Installation teams work together smoothly.
Create quotes and proposals for installation jobs.
Talk to customers, suppliers, and colleagues to keep everyone informed.
Assist sales with calls and paperwork.
Make sure sales and installation teams are on the same page.
Gather project details and get client approval.
Ensure all paperwork is complete before handing projects to operations.
