Job Title: Project Co-ordinator
Working Hours: Monday Friday, 9am 5.30pm
Location: Yeovil, Somerset On site

Salary: £25,000 PA + Bonuses
Duration: Permanent
The role
Company culture is at the heart of this company. Youll join an established team of Designers, Project Managers and Engineers. You will be working alongside a skilled Project Manager to deliver exciting, innovative and fast paced design and build projects. Youll be contributing directly towards high quality delivery with involvement in procurement, health and safety, contractor liaison and client relationship management.

Duties will include;
* Coordinating multiple projects
* Finding resolutions for customer queries
* Purchasing, negotiation and raising PO numbers
* Excel / SharePoint and design work
* Calendar management
* Maintaining great relationships with clients
* CRM management
The candidate
You dont need previous experience in a project coordination role, we are looking for the right person who can learn the tasks of the position and provide a great experience for the customer.
* A sense of humour, be down to Earth and sociable
* Positive, proactive, self-starting and have a creative flare
* Strong commercial acumen
* Confident and thrives in fast paced environments
* Good knowledge of Microsoft office (excel & SharePoint)
* A confident and effective communicatorHolds a Full UK Driving Licence
* Previous customer service experience / speaking with large and small clients / multitasking
