Job summary
AdministratorWe are a well established, family-owned construction company operating throughout the East Midlands. Specialising in operations covering construction, property development, repairs and maintenance.

Administrator Key roles :
Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
Dealing with email enquiries
General office management such as ordering stationary
Diary management and arranging appointments,re scheduling appointments and cancelling jobs.
Working closely with our site managers, operatives and sub contract labour to ensure jobs are completed within target.
Uploading documents into our management system.
Raising orders and updating system throughout job through to invoicing.
Understanding KPIs and reports.
Administrator Key skills required.
Excellent communication skills.
Able to work well with others.
Able to work on your own.
Resident focused approach.
Able to use a computer and the main software packages competently.
Open to School Leavers looking to start a new career path
Our Part:
Salary is variable based on level of experience but will be above National Minimum Wage
Fulltime/ 40 per week
20days Holiday excluding statutory Holidays
