As we continue to expand, we are on the lookout for a high-caliber Sales Account Manager to join our UK team of fifty-five.
Your Role:
In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to engage in business development, account management, and shaping success stories.
Responsibilities:

Cultivate Relationships: Develop and nurture strong partnerships with existing clients across a spectrum of sectors, ensuring Axon's status as a trusted supplier.

Exploring New Horizons: Identify and explore new opportunities with current and potential clients, breaking into emerging markets such as renewables, electric vehicles, and robotics.

Collaborative Strategies: Work closely with the Sales Manager to craft and execute customer strategies, leveraging Axon's CRM/funnel system and identifying fresh prospects.

Strategic Contributions: Provide valuable insights into tenders, working hand-in-hand with the engineering estimating and commercial/procurement teams to deliver competitive solutions.

Revenue Champion: Take charge of customer sales revenue, focusing on achieving and surpassing local and global margin targets.

Global Network: Establish robust relationships with Axon's manufacturing subsidiaries worldwide, spanning Europe, North America, India, and China.

Technical Insight: Technical awareness and experience in the advanced engineering sector, particularly within military, aerospace, space, automotive, oil & gas, and medical domains, is highly desirable.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in IT, presentations, and Microsoft Office is essential.

Mobility: A valid driver's license is a must, and occasional travel within the UK and Europe is expected.
