Job summary
Government Legal Department - Business AdministratorLocation: Leeds Wellington Place (Hybrid working, 3 days per week in office)
Hours: 37 Hours per week, Monday - Friday
Pay: £13.21ph
Temporary: until March 2024 (most likely will be extended beyond this)
This is an ongoing temporary position with the possibility of extension and becoming permanent
The Client:
Government Legal Department are the governments principal legal advisers. They are in place to ensure the government are interested well within the rule of law.
The Role:
The role is a Business Administrator, the role will mainly entail diary management and minute taking, so experience in this line of work would be desirable.
Booking and arranging meetings
Inbox and diary management compiling, verifying and reporting data
Completing forms and/or reports
Managing the workload of a small team, if required
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Processing bonus, working on events committees
Supporting on range of corporate tasks
Assist with the maintenance of core databases
What we are looking for:
Diary management
Minute taking
Well organised
Administration experience with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills both orally and written
Great IT and data entry skills
Proven ability to work on own initiative, and prioritise with good time management skillsAbout Us
