Job summary
Our client, based in Northampton, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join the team to help further expand their market presence.As an Account Manager, you will mainly be responsible for developing and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients in the southeast. You will also play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities and cultivating partnerships that align with the company's growth objectives. Your interpersonal skills, business acumen, and strategic thinking will be critical in driving revenue and ensuring customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain relationships with a portfolio of existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products/services.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your client base to drive revenue growth.
* Prospect and research potential clients within the assigned territory, engaging in consultative sales approaches to establish partnerships.
* Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective strategies for client acquisition and retention.
* Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the value propositions of our offerings.
* Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales leadership team.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide valuable insights for business development strategies.
Qualifications:
