We are leading healthcare equipment and service provider based in the North West, and have been established for over 50 years with over 150 engineers across the country covering different sectors.
We are currently seeking a Sterile Service and Validation Engineer to join our team in the North West. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing validation and calibration of equipment used in the healthcare industry, as well as providing maintenance and repair services to ensure that all equipment meets industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform validation and calibration of healthcare equipment to ensure that they meet industry standards and regulations.
Provide maintenance and repair services for healthcare equipment to ensure they are functioning at their optimal level.
Working on Microbiological Safety Cabinets, Clean Air Cabinets, Laminar Flow Equipment Fume Hoods / Fume Cabinets,LEV systems and clean rooms. ( Multi Manufactures )
Work closely with other departments within the organization to ensure that all equipment is operating efficiently and effectively.
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all equipment maintenance and repair work.
Attend training sessions and keep up-to-date with the latest industry regulations and guidelines.
Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.Requirements:
Experience in validation and calibration of healthcare equipment.
Strong knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines. ( BSEN12469, ISO14644, COSHH, BSEN14175 and preferably HSG258 )
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel to different locations and work outside of normal business hours.
