Smart Solutions Recruitment Group are looking for a results-driven Head of Marketing to provide strategic insights and evaluation across the Group. The Head of Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Group marketing strategy whilst accurately monitoring ROI and evaluation.
As a member of the Corporate Leadership Team, you will possess a business-first attitude and ability to manage senior stakeholders as the gatekeeper of the marketing function, develop relationships and ensure communication is open, transparent, and aligned with business goals. You will have a passion for numbers and proven ability to build marketing metric dashboards and drive improvements by applying data analytics to measure campaign performance and adapting accordingly based on results.
This role is a Group role, providing marketing support to all Companies within the Smart Solutions Group; including but not limited to Smart Solutions Group and our various divisions, and HEAT Recruitment Limited.

Main Duties:
* Spearhead the development and refinement of the Group marketing strategy, aligning it with ambitious growth targets and long-term vision.
* Oversee the implementation of Company-focused marketing strategies within the Group, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone of voice across all platforms.
* Measure strategic ROI in line with Group expectations and budgets.
* Lead efforts to strengthen the internal and external brand presence through targeted awareness campaigns tailored to specific Companies within the Group.
* Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
* Oversee the creation of compelling and impactful marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, PR, and traditional advertising to maximise ROI.
* Full management of Google Ads; analytics, measuring ROI, improvement recommendations, and providing feedback to the business.
* Assume SEO responsibility across channels including auditing, strategy, content edits, and any technical edits to developers.
* Leverage CRM system to harness data for key marketing reports and PR campaigns. Including capitalising on integrated systems i.e., exporting leads, automation build, consultant focused email strategies.
* Report on key performance metrics and dashboards; analyse data and provide updates and recommendations to senior management team.
Experience and Skills Required
* A knowledge of GA4 or Adobe Analytics and the ability to review and analyse data to develop and enhance marketing programmes.
* A knowledge of SEO best practices and a constant drive to maximise organic traffic and customer acquisition.
* Proven experience leading a team to the successful completion of marketing program/campaigns from conceptualisation to the achievement of its objectives.
* At least three years proven experience as a Head of Marketing or similar role with experience of leading a team.
* Experience within the Recruitment Industry or supporting one within an agency environment would be advantageous.
* UK driving licence
