Care Assistant
Location: Ormskirk and Surrounding areas
Pay Rate:
£10.42 - £13.00 per hour + Mileage
£10.42 Standby rate
£11.50 Monday Friday
£11,70 Weekends
£13.00 Waking Nights
Shifts: Range of shifts available
Set shift rotas:
8.00am 15.00hrs
15.00hrs 22.00hrs
22.00hrs 8.00am
Guaranteed hours that will be a 12-month contract initially with a view to extending
Access to vehicle required due to geographical nature of role

Job Description
What youll do
Our care assistants are the extraordinary people who do the everyday things that mean so much to our clients. Supporting them to live safer and supported lives in their own homes, youll follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, helping clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet and supporting them with their medication. Youll also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes and housework.

What youll need
You dont need any social care experience to apply for this role. Were more interested in your compassion and ability to care. Youll need to be resilient too and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
