Elements Europe has successfully positioned itself, as one of the leading organisations in the UKs off-site manufacturing and construction market. We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our small HR Team at the Telford Office.Job Title: HR Business Partner
Department: Human Resources
Reports to: Head of HR
Direct Reports: Two direct reports
Salary: Depending on Experience
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Experienced HR Business Partner with background in manufacturing is essential.
*
To provide a comprehensive and professional HR service to our Telford site.
*
To provide people management solutions and/or initiatives which will drive improvements and support the site.
*
To form partnerships with the site leadership team, the HR Business Partner will help to train, coach, and build effective team dynamics, driving the talent agenda to meet companys requirements.
*
To be the initial point of contact for HR to deal with day-to-day enquiries from internal and external customers either by telephone, email or in person.
*
Responsible for the onboarding of new recruits.
*
Responsible for handling employee relations matters e.g. investigations, disciplinary procedures and resolving grievances.
*
Responsible for managing short- and long-term absence management.
*
Supporting in the preparation of payroll reports.
*
Management of the time and attendance system
*
Complete exit interviews with leavers.
*
Assisting with creating or updating company policies as and when required.
Experience and Knowledge required:
*
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
*
Proven experienced in HR Generalist / HR Business Partner role, preferably within a manufacturing or fast paced organisation.
*
Ability to meet deadlines and cope with pressure.
*
Capacity to deal with conflicting priorities and multiple projects.
*
Ability to create, maintain and develop effective working relationships.
*
Experience of delivering risk based solutions.
*
Up-to-date knowledge of Employment Law
*
Methodical, with a high level of attention to detail, whilst working in at pace
*
Experience with HR software systems and in preparing payroll
*
Excellent communication skills written and verbal
*
Excellent organisational and time management skills
