Specialising in the Recruitment industry, CVM Recruit Ltd is a start-up organisation who are currently seeking an experienced Lead Generation Consultant.As a Lead Generation Consultant you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential leads for the Business Development team by using your exceptional communication and research skills to establish initial contact with prospective clients and understand their needs.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct research to identify potential leads ensuring information is accurate
* Utilize various online platforms, databases, and networking techniques to gather lead information
* Initiate contact with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
* Articulate the benefits of our services and tailor pitches to address specific prospect requirements
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions through IM reporting
* Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads
* Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation targets
Criteria:
* Proven experience in lead generation within a target driven environment is essential
* Strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to identify potential buying signals
* Proficiency in using lead management tools as well as online platforms
* Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
* Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Problem solving and troubleshooting abilities with the ability to overcome objection
