The Role
Darwin Group are looking for a Campaign Manager to work within our specialist teams to help deliver outstanding healthcare facilities for the NHS.
The Campaign Manager will oversee the creation, management and execution of demand generation initiatives through integrated marketing campaigns, within the healthcare division. You will own the success of the marketing programs within your remit, report to the Marketing Director and work closely with the rest of the Darwin Group marketing team, sales team, wider internal and external stakeholders.
This job will require excellent proven digital marketing skills coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.

Overview of the role and what you will deliver

Devise and deliver integrated marketing campaigns to drive demand generation in the UK healthcare market (NHS and private) that meets the Marketing Contribution Model and KPIs associated with it.

Maintain a constant view on the healthcare construction market and competitive activity, particularly volumetric modular and modern methods of construction, to maintain a clear perspective of evolving dynamics to be shared internally (e.g. with Sales) and used to inform your marketing plans.

Use and track all channels, including social media, events, digital, PR and content, working particularly close to the Head of PR and Customer Experience Manager to ensure tone of voice and customer sentiment is applied.

Plan your campaigns thoroughly using an integrated campaign framework and build your programme within Asana to provide a well-formulated calendar of activities. Work with the wider marketing team to ensure a planned content and campaign calendar is kept visible, executed and measured.

Produce regular reports, including lead status and journey, for the senior marketing and sales team, plus wider business, to assess outcomes and effectiveness of campaigns.

Ensure that all appropriate media (e.g. website, LinkedIn) is always fully representative of Darwin Groups service, market positioning, brand, and value proposition, delivering an exceptional customer experience that truly differentiates us within the market.

Work with external agencies, as required, to deliver requirements critical to marketing success e.g. graphic design, digital media, web etc

Use marketing automation tools including developing workflows for nurturing and buyer journeys
*
Maintain a fully budgeted marketing plan with quarterly campaign cycles and continuous learning, using data and analytics, that enhance our market perception and value.

Act as custodian of the Darwin Group brand (visual and tone) to ensure that it used with accuracy and consistency both internally and externally
*
Undertake additional activities as requested by the Marketing Director, or other senior leadership, to ensure that Darwin Group are always working from solid marketing foundations.
Desired Experience:
*
3+ years experience of marketing in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
*
A demonstrable understanding of the healthcare sector as it relates to construction
*
Broad understanding of the NHS as a customer and the wider political environment surrounding UK healthcare
*
Proficient in utilising various digital marketing tools to drive impactful campaigns (e.g. marketing automation, CRM, SEO, PPC and social media)
*
Experience in creating customer personas and developing associated value propositions and calls to action
*
Clear understanding of sales cycles and the role marketing plays in generating qualified leads
*
Comfortable working with autonomy
*
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects)
*
Holds a relevant degree with additional marketing qualification preferred
