The Project
As a highly experienced Project Manager you will initially oversee a £15m extension to an existing hospital in West Yorkshire. You will play a key role as No1 on site ensuring project delivery is on time, within budget and in line with the client specification.
Requirements
For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;
SMSTS
CSCS Card It is also essential that you hold the experience below;
Experience working on new build / refurbishment projects within a live hospital environment
Proven track record of working on P21/P22/P23 framework schemes in a project delivery position
Extensive background in the industry with at least 5 years' experience working within a Project Management position on projects with build values in excess of £5m+Additional skills;
Great presentation skills
Strong attention to details
Leading and management skills
History of managing direct reports
Experience with Senior Team Leadership
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident and proactive in managing own work load

Reporting To: Senior Project ManagerDuties
Ordering materials
Maintaining quality control checks
Conducting quality and safety inspections
Monitoring and control of sub contractors
Reporting on project progress to senior managers
Signing off and handing completed work over to the client
Ensuring work is finished to an exceptionally high standard
Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise
Managing health and safety throughout the site including site safety inspections
Planning and overall control of all site operations to ensure that the project targets are achieved
Overseeing and managing project schedules and budgets to ensure work is completed on time
Strong leadership skills including experience in leading site teams, large programmes of work and has the confidence and ability to lead, influence and communicate with others to deliver targets
Determine the required resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
Fully responsible for the successful operational delivery of Projects on site ensuring safety, product quality, are completed within the contracted timescales
