TeacherActive are proud to be working with a school based in the Ebbw Vale area. This school is looking for an Administrator to work full time on a temporary basis, with the potential of a permanent position for the right member of staff. This will be a long-term role and the successful Administrator must have experience using SIMS. You must be able to provide a comprehensive and highly efficient admin service to meet the schools and headteachers needs.
The salary will be paid at a rate of £11 - £13 per hour.
The successful Administrator will:
Have experience using SIMS
Have to support and help with general admin including safeguarding issues
Support the Headteacher with day to day tasks
Have excellent time management and organisation skills
Polite phone manner
Be assisting with filing, photocopying, phone calls and more.
