About the role:
- Understand the UKs distribution operators and main drivers to produce sales plans
- Liaise on a regular basis with potential clients
- Ensure EA Technologys offerings can meet client requirements/specifications, feeding back relevant intelligence to our Product & Development Teams
- Construct and compile high quality proposals
- Manage the sales activity lifecycle and pipelines
- Provide regular business reports and sales forecasts
- Hit achievable sales targets in line with business plans and budgets
- Develop specific sales strategies alongside our wonderfully supportive and experienced Head of Sales
What well need from you:
- Previous experience in account management and sales
- A background in switchgear, transformers, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and/or from the electrical industry
- Be technically competent and versatile
- Have the ability to build and sustain solid business relationships at senior level with key clients
- Experience and understanding of complex contractual issues
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and identifying new strategic opportunities
- An understanding of OFGEM regulatory process would be a distinct advantage
- A positive can-do approach and outlook
- Be able to attend weekly team meetings in our Capenhurst Head Office (every Wednesday)

- Up to £50,000 basic salary p.a. DOE
