Job summary
Are you a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker wanting to control your own rota with flexibility to work the shifts that suit you?Whether you're looking for extra shifts to boost your income or a flexible job that fits around your lifestyle, if you're an experienced Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker you can join our staff bank and after completing a paid two-week induction, you'll have access to available HCA/SW shifts at Pathfields Lodge Care Home and other services in the region.
There is no minimum number of hours you're required to work, though it is recommended to work as often as you can to ensure your induction knowledge and familiarity with the service is retained.
Weekdays, nights and weekend shifts are regularly available, which are easy to view and book through an app. Within a few taps you'll have the nursing shifts secured with Elysium that you want.
Whether your experience is from the NHS or private sector, you can join the team as a Bank HCA or SW with an hourly rate that includes a 12.07% uplift to cover annual leave, plus have access to a range of benefits including free meals on duty, free parking and much more.

Join the team at Pathfields Lodge in providing supportive and therapeutic care for adults with a physical disability, brain injury, neurological condition or learning disability. Within this specialist care home, the 24-hour on-site nursing team also supports individuals with additional physical health conditions.
Pathfields is a homely and welcoming environment with several communal areas for socialising as well as a large garden. Service users are actively encouraged to take part in a variety of activity programmes, which are aimed to increase independence in undertaking everyday tasks such as shopping, gardening, and budgeting.

The service operates 24/7 with 12.5 hour standard shifts. As a HCA or SW on our bank you'll be on a zero hour contract, giving you the freedom to choose the shifts you want to work.
