Job summary
This is a combination customer service and administration role, using multiple back-end portals to assist with customer enquiries and orders. This is an exciting role, perfect for someone who likes to be spinning multiple plates at a time!You will be responsible for providing support to customers and processing orders, and some of your main responsibilities will include:
Dealing with custom order enquiries and handling any complaints or issues
Updating online portals with garment information
Guiding new customers through the ordering process when required
Processing refunds and returns, and assisting with invoicing for B2B customers
Communicating with customers via phone and email
Developing relationships with employees in other areas of the business to ensure efficient collaboration between departmentsYou will be required to learn about the ordering process and the product ranges available to provide clear and helpful advice to new customers. A decent level of computer proficiency is required as you will be managing up to 10 customer portals.
The ideal candidate will be patient, enjoy multi-tasking and be comfortable using multiple systems simultaneously. You will also be a good team-player.
