Job summary
CIS Role - An immediate need has arisen for a Sub Agent, with highways experience, to join a multi-million pound highways improvement scheme in the South West for a major contractor.You will be adept at managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Your strong leaderships skills will help to develop and mentor junior staff.
As Sub Agent you will manage Engineering activities, resource and planning on the project over a 3 week time frame.
Other duties for the successful Highways Agent will include weekly meetings, forecasting and on site measurements. You will also be tasked with mentoring and the guidance of the Site Engineering teams.
A background as an Agent within Site Engineering holding experience on highways and the delivery on site of these works will be required, challenging the design for value engineering and ensuring a high quality of delivery on site.
You will have demonstrated experience in the safe, efficient delivery of major highways and infrastructure projects in a site based role.
As the successful Agent you will hold a relevant civil engineering qualification, at Chartered level would be preferred.
You will assist with the delivery of all highways related works on site here so vast experience in this area is required.
