Job summary
A Housing Association based in Sussex is currently recruiting for a Contract Manager to join their team as soon as possible on an ongoing contract.The role is a full time, temporary position working on a Mobile model covering the Southern Regions.
The purpose of the role is to be responsible for negotiating management contracts to ensure effective implementation of new and existing contracts in Maintenance, Repairs, Building Inspections, Landscaping etc.
Responsibilities:
Manages the end-to-end lifecycle of contracts related to sheltered and supported living services, including maintenance, repairs, security, landscaping etc.
Negotiates contracts with third-party agencies, ensuring terms are aligned with best practice, regulatory requirements and in line with the associations standard contract.
Participates in the tender process for re-tendered services.
Regularly reviews and assesses contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective actions as needed.Requirements:
Clean UK Driving License and access to personal vehicle
Experience in housing management, contract administration, and third-party provider oversight.
Strong understanding of housing regulations
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
